GroupKnown Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GroupKnown. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GroupKnown mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service independently. Users under 13 may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, or organization.

2. Account Registration

• Access to GroupKnown is provided through invitation or organization membership.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use the Service for spam or fraudulent activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

GroupKnown allows users to create and share content, including messages, posts, and interactions.

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant GroupKnown a limited license to store and display content within the Service.
• You are responsible for the content you share.

5. Blocking and Reporting

Users may:

• Block other users to prevent direct communication
• Report content or users for review

We reserve the right to review and take action on reported content, including removal or account suspension.

6. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

Upon deletion:

• Your account access will be revoked
• Some content may remain in anonymized or aggregated form
• Certain records may be retained as required for legal or operational purposes

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

GroupKnown is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• User-generated content
• Interactions between users
